The house has a rich family history. Before the renovation, 3 generations lived there together for a few decades. All members eventually moved out and they had to decide what to do with the house. Of course, the first option was to sell it, even though no one wanted to do so.
And so the youngest member of the family Klára and her boyfriend Jára decided to move in. But the house was too big just for the two of them, so they decided to use a part of the house for accommodation. And it is Klára and Jára who will take care of you during your stay. Together, they keep up the old tradition, because Klára’s grandparents operated a smaller accommodation facility (Pension U Banky) only 2 minutes away.
From the old family heritage, Klára also managed to revive old paintings of Český Krumlov, which were painted by her grandfather and can now be admired by visitors in the corridors. The element is thus a place of connection – connecting the old with the new and the global with the local.
We will be very happy if you decide to stay at Element and become a part of the story of the place as well, even thought it would be only for a moment.
We´re looking forward to you.
Klára and Jára
